
Nate Strasser - Film TV Composer, Music Arranger
COMPOSITION CREDITS:
Nate Strasser is a pianist, composer, and music director whose work spans concert performance, musical theater, television, film, and video games. Currently serving as a staff accompanist at Belmont University, he has performed internationally throughout Scotland, Austria, China, and the United Kingdom.
His performances have been featured in Netflix’s Franklin and Emily in Paris, as well as NBC’s coverage of the 2024 Summer Olympics. In film, he performed piano for the Oscar-nominated Harriet and the Whitney Houston biopic I Wanna Dance with Somebody. He also served as stadium organist for EA Sports’ NHL 25.
Beyond performance, Nate has provided music preparation for Dave Matthews and Seth MacFarlane and worked as an orchestrator for Oscar-nominated composer Carter Burwell.
As a composer, Nate has written two symphonies, including a work commissioned by the Wheeling Symphony Orchestra in celebration of its 90th anniversary. His music has also been featured at Chicago’s Navy Pier during the 2024 Slate Technology Summit.
